Quest Issue Format

You will need to list quest issues in the following format:

zone:
npc name:

issue:


For Example,

zone: Kerra Ridge
npc: John Boy

Issue: John Boy promises to be my slave if I give him my ownership papers. However, he just eats my ownership papers and I can't get another!
